    Ce cautam la urmatorul Consultant de Vanzari ?
    - Experienta in vanzari (minim 6 luni);
    - Experienta intr-o companie de telecomunicatii va fi considerata un avantaj;
    - Nevoia de a fi la curent cu ultimele noutati in tehnologie;
    - Intelegerea procesului de merchandising si cunostinte din domeniul telefoanelor mobile & accesorii;
    - Foarte bune abilitati de ascultare si comunicare;
    - Placere autentica de a intelege nevoile clientului si a-i propune cele mai potrivite solutii;
    - Minim studii liceale (studiile universitare finalizate reprezinta un avantaj);
    - Limba Engleza la un nivel conversational;
    - Abilitati de operare PC (MS Windows, Outlook, MS Office);
    - Competente de stock control, raportare si intocmire documentatie aferenta.

    Responsabilitati

    Ce vei face in rolul de Consultant Vanzari pentru clientii nostri?

    - Vei crea o experienta de cumparare excelenta clientilor pentru gama de produse comercializate – iti vei putea pune amprenta personala in intelegerea nevoilor, consilierea si comunicarea cu acestia, depasindu-le asteptarile si facandu-i sa isi doreasca sa revina;
    - Vei testa impreuna cu clientii si le vei furniza informatiile necesare despre functionarea si utilizarea produselor si serviciilor Altex;
    - Vei avea o serie de activitati aditionale in magazin ca: pregatirea comenzilor, verificarea, organizarea si receptia produselor, merchandising, verificarea si afisarea preturilor produselor magazinului;
    - Vei completa rapoarte saptamanal/lunar;
    - Vei crea o atmosfera de lucru propice unei bune desfasurari a activitatii din magazin, contribuind la experienta de cumparare a clientilor.
