    HR Analytics Manager

    (Full time; Permanent; Location: Bucharest)

    Reporting to the HR Director, as HR Analytics Manager you are supporting all aspects of human capital budgeting and reporting and provide data and predictive analytics relating to all HR activities. You will help the HR team to gain insight into the people and organization through deep data analysis.

    • Plan and consolidate organizational needs (resources and structure) to achieve the business goals. (e.g.  salary mass budget and organization)
    • Close monitoring of HR impact and contribution to Profit & Loss. (e.g.: FTEs, people cost/Net Sales, etc.).
    • Support HR teams in strategic decision making by providing data analysis and insights and propose prompt actions when needed (e.g.: absenteeism, turnover)
    • Give recommendation for annual salary review proposals (following C&B guidelines)

    HR Analytics Manager is an individual contributor managerial role without a direct people management component. Works in close cooperation with HR Business Partners across multiple countries.

    We are looking for an HR Analytics Manager with the following profile:

    Experience & Technical Knowledge:

    • Experience in headcount and budget management
    • Familiar with HR information systems
    • Good understanding of HR processes

    · Fluency in English and Romanian is a must for this role

    • 2-3 years of working experience within HR
