    Requirements

    The Successful Applicant:
    Our company is headquartered in Switzerland and have six international offices. We are an exciting, entrepreneurial and fast-paced organization and this is reflected in our people. The successful candidate would need to hit the ground running from the outset and make a mark on our Publisher lead generation strategies.

    Skills & Abilities Target:
    - Proactive and independent thinker, focused and goal oriented;
    - Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills;
    - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C1 or above);
    - Good presentation skills;
    - A hunger for learning and out of the box thinking;
    - Strong organizational and facilitation skills;
    - Ability to coordinate effectively between different departments;
    - Strong software package skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook .etc.);
    - A passion for marketing, ad-tech and SaaS technology services;
    - Sales or Marketing related education (ideally).

    Responsibilities

    The Role
    As the Sales Manager, you will own the full sales cycle from lead development to deal closing. You should have exceptional communication skills and a successful track record of technology solution selling.

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Qualify, develop and convert leads from various sources;
    - Aggressively engage with multiple contacts at prospects via telephone and email;
    - Effectively communicate our value and market position;
    - Initiate, develop and close new business;
    - Use internal and external resources/tools to successfully scout for new prospects;
    - Actively contribute to improving our sales and marketing strategy;
    - Ability to work as part of a team;
    - Experience in working with Sales Targets.
