- Good knowledge of MS Office package, mainly Excel spreadsheets

- Good command of English

- Data driven person

- Problem-solver, applying analytical skills to business

- Timely upload of information in the dedicated software interfaces

- Aggregating and compiling data sets from commercial team (purchasing & category management teams)

- Preparing reports for commercial team

- Respecting the predefined deadlines

- Crosschecking information received

- Support commercial team in everyday tasks

- Prepare and maintain accurate data in back-office systems

- Check data and follow up with the commercial team in order to have accurate information in the system
