    - University degree in Medicine/Biology/Chemistry/Pharmacy or equivalent
    - At least 3 years of sales experience in specialized prescription pharmaceutical business and hospital sector.
    - Excellent expertise on the Romania health care system
    - Fluency in Romanian language


    - Experienced in Key Account and Hospital Management.
    - Commercial and marketing experience in pre-launch and launch activities with particular emphasis on hospital selling
    - Intimate knowledge of the Romanian pharmaceutical industrys code of conduct and compliance regulations
    - Existing contacts with specialists in relevant specialties treating rare diseases
    - IT skills (MS Office literacy minimum)


    Primary Role

    - To work and connect with all involved national and local parties and arrange follow-up on treatment of patients with client products.
    - To promote client products as defined by the company, to healthcare professionals in relevant target groups in territory.
    - To maximize the business benefit, sales and profit, through the local implementation of client marketing strategy by organizing all necessary contacts and activities in collaboration with Romania Marketing Lead and within the agreed promotional and cost budget.
    - Participation/Lead in projects as defined by the national, Romania or Business Lead management.

    Essential Functions

    10% - Proactive surveillance of pricing environment and support local country head to maintain reimbursement within defined price range. Support HCPs to obtain individual patient level reimbursement
    50% - Opinion Lead and Key account management in specialized treatment centers, support and leverage customer connectivity locally and internationally, Product promotion at scientific events. Build and develop professional long-term customer relationships
    10% - Plan promotion with in cooperation with management of local investment budget, coordinate demand planning with local wholesaler. Plan and record activities
    10% - Obtain, share and leverage competitive market intelligence
    20% - Initiate and organize medical education activities to increase disease awareness and support product promotion.

    - Good knowledge in Microsoft office products and communication technology.
    - Fluent in speaking and writing English.
