3-5 years of successful experience in social media marketing (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, and other global social networks)
Good understanding of key web metrics and social media performance metrics
Ability to work on several tasks simultaneously and meet the deadlines
A natural interest in social media, digital technologies and trends
Proven experience as a Digital or Social Media Specialist
Experience in designing and implementing employer branding social media campaigns
Experience with visual communication principles
Familiarity with web design and content management systems
Experience with Google Analytics or other web monitoring platforms
An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
Fluent English, with excellent communication and writing skills
Design and implement the end-to-end digital media campaigns aligned with business goals
Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, social media, blogs, and podcasts)
Responsible for inbound digital marketing, search programs, paid media, content syndication, etc.
Post about Veeam Recruitment, Careers etc on a day to day basis on local Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and other)
Monitor Social Media posts related to Veeam Careers and respond timely if it’s needed
Analyse the performance of Social Media and Digital performance (using tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite reports, Moz.com, Twitter Analytics)
Expand the range of Social Media platforms where Veeam should be represented from an Employer Brand standpoint where needed
Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to boost our employer brand awareness
Liaise with Marketing, Human Resources and Sales teams to ensure brand consistency
Listen to Social Media communities and help Veeam marketing to create engaging content for further promotion
Review current and future technologies, to improve best practices and trends
