 5 years overall working experience and minimum 3 years of practical experience in the IT Infrastructure area — multiple areas are an advantage
 3+ years’ experience in administrating large Enterprise Application or ERP systems (like Enterprise Portals, Application Integrators, SAP, etc.) and support in 24x7 production environments
 General experience in technical management of large platforms within Enterprise Applications, ERP and IT landscapes in the areas of
o Consolidated and centralized IT landscapes
o IT architecture, system design and sizing
o Interfaces and dependencies between different platforms
o Installation, configuration, administration and upgrades
o Monitoring and troubleshooting
o Performance analysis and tuning
o High available architecture, Disaster Recovery scenarios and Business Continuity
o IT related security
o Coordination of Infrastructure related tasks within projects and daily operation
 Specific experience in the areas of
o Operating systems UNIX and / or Windows
o EAI and / or Enterprise Portals and / or ERP systems
o Database and / or SAP Basis Administration (is considered as a plus)

 Installation, customizing and configuration within complex and large platforms
 Release upgrades
 System cloning
 Backup and restore of entire IT systems (database, OS, application)
 Performance analysis and tuning
 Administration of OS, network, cluster and virtual IT-environments
 Administration of RDBMS databases (e.g. ORACLE)
 Administration of Middleware related products (e.g. Archiving Services, Output Management)
 Architecture and System Design
 Scheduling
 Coordination of Infrastructure activities
