    Graduate Trainee Program – East Europe Commercial Region

    ASSA ABLOY Romania


    Our graduate trainee program is a great springboard to a future career at ASSA ABLOY. The program gives you the chance to sharpen your skills, gain practical experience in a work environment. Possibly you will also move on to a position within the Group.

    It will give you access to top experts, decision makers and experienced colleagues – all valuable contacts wherever you decide to work.

    We will offer you a 18 months program which include a 3 months international assignment. The program is paid.

    You will gain:

    We  expect:

    - Post-graduate students specialized and passionate about one or more of this areas: marketing, digital marketing, electronics/software engineers, logistics/supply chain, product management
    - Master’s Degree
    - Good command of oral and written English
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    - Keen to learn and grow
