    - Universitate sau liceu tehnic;
    - Orientat catre rezolvarea de probleme tehnice si capacitatea de acumula usor informatii in acest domeniu;
    - Capacitate de a lucra sub presiune si de a gestiona clienti dificili;
    - Capacitatea de a lucra in echipa;
    - Buna cunostinte Microsoft based systems si produse IT hardware ;
    - Experienta de lucru cu MS based operating systems (Windows 7,8) si echipamente IT (routers, switches, servers, PC's, laptops);
    - Experienta de lucru cu MS Servers (2000, 2003, 2008 ) poate fi un avantaj;
    - O buna intelegere a sistemelor de networking ( OSI, TCP/IP models, routers, firewalls, VPN);
    - Experienta de lucru cu OS's, UNIX-like, poate fi un avantaj;
    - Experienta de lucru cu echipamente CISCO;
    - Cursuri CISCO pot reprezenta un avantaj:.

    Responsabilitati

    - Vei face parte din echipa de suport IT, care oferta suport L2 pentru angajatii companiei.
    - Principalele responsabilitati sunt: configurari si mentenanta hardware si software, Active Directory, Windows Servers, networking si phone systems;
    - Vei avea de solutionat task-uri ce privesc urmatoarele: ser administration, file permissions, antivirus, backup si file archiving;
    - Vei comunica direct cu angajatii, prin email si telefon.
