    Job Summary:

    The BVRH team is one of the organizations inside the BU HCM in France.
    Le Bureau Virtuel RH is a paperless offering. ADP proposes to the clients a web application to classify and to dematerialize different documents.
    Part of the HCM Centre of Excellence, the Implementation BVRH Analyst role is to realize activities for achieving analysis to define specifications for building effective systems, capable to meet users requirements.
    Le Bureau Virtuel RH is a document management service business dedicated to experts of the HR function, allowing easier access to the entire HR documentation and ensuring long-term archiving, developing according to client demands and the newest technological developments in the field.


    Education and experience:

    - Education: University
    - Work Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role

    Responsibilities

    Scope of Responsibilities :

    Broadly, the scope of responsibilities is as follows:
    Project Implementation BVRH for client:
    - Start Project by collecting all relevant data and analyzing the payroll offer in place
    - Initiate and maintain client contact in order to create an analysis dossier
    - Exchange with the ADP provider when activating BVRH specificities
    - Test the applicability of selected client preferences
    - Deliver the service
    - Follow-up the first use
    - Migration processes


    Key duties/Tasks:

    - Coordinate the collected data and synchronizes actions with the payroll Project Manager
    - Manage the configuration of several parameters (PARAMETRAGE), testing data integration and ensuring the long-term preservation of data
    - Manage the client Check
    - Manage the release
    - Support the client through the deployment
    - Follow the production during the 2 first months with the client
    - Respect the dedicated process
    - Use CRM to update indicators, create cases to tier 2&3 support teams, follow-up
    - Communicate with the R&D department in order to align the services new versions with customer demands/ requirements
