For our client, a leading global ICT (information and communications technology) solutions provider, we are looking for an experienced Contract Specialist. The role is open in the Finance Department in a brand new team. The Contract Specialist will create, examine and monitor the contractual agreements between the organization and its clients. Requirements:
- Advanced English skills;
- University degree in Economics, Accounting, International Trade or other relevant field;
- Around 2-4 years relevant working experience;
- Good understanding of sales contracts or international trade issues;
- Strong communication skills;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Stable personality and high sense of responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Assure the check and balance function for all order/revenue/and business relevant issues;
- Check the accuracy and consistency of the data;
- Maintain an enhanced customer satisfaction through proactive communication and handling as well as a high level of data quality;
- Perform contract changes, maintenance, setup or processing;
- Be responsible of reviewing the comments in the system in a timely manner;
- Keep the systems up-to-date from a contract stand point;
- Responsible for the quality measures of the data in the systems;
- Involved in forecasting and close collaboration with the Finance Department.
