    Cerinte

    - Cunostinte SQL si PL/SQL pe baze de Oracle avansat
    - Minim 3 ani experienta in echipe de support level 2, preferabil intr-o companie
    multinationala
    - Minim 3 ani experienta cu sistemele de suport business (CRM, Billing, Collection)
    - Familiar cu arhitectura orientata pe servicii (ESB)
    - Cunoasterea instrumentelor de manipulare date (ETL)

    Responsabilitati

    - Configureaza si intretine aplicatiile IT conform cerintelor de business, inclusiv integrarea acestora prin sistemele de interfatare
    - Dezvolta rapoarte ad-hoc cerute de business, realizeaza investigatii si analize pe baza de incidente; dezvolta la cerere interfete intre bazele de date si alte sisteme
    - Supravegheaza aplicatiile de business in scopul reducerii sau evitarii nefunctionarii acestora; asigura suport de nivelul 2 al aplicatiilor
    - Recunoaste, investigheaza si corecteaza inconsitentele din bazele de date, participa activ la procesul de corectare al erorilor
    - Identifica, documenteaza si comunica cerintele tehnice ale aplicatilor sau a lacunelor in functionarea acestora
    - Ajuta in procesul de testare al modificarilor pe sistemele de business
    - Reviziueste si ofera feedback pentru documentatia creata de alti furnizori de sisteme IT
    - Furnizeaza la cerere informatii privind activitatile zilnice desfasurate, problemele identificate si solutiile adoptate
    - Trateaza clientii interni cu amabilitate si profesionalism.
