    Grow with us as a Global Mobility Advisor, supporting the Total Rewards Centre of Expertise in implementing mobility processes, procedures and policies for Kellogg Company.
    In support of the Total Rewards strategic objectives, the Mobility Advisor will manage, initiate and liaise with tax and immigration providers, as well as assist Kellogg employees in resolving tax questions related to their cross border or in-country assignment.

    In this role, you will support the GBS mobility service centre, working with our tax provider to establish the authorisation list for each year. You will facilitate shadow payrolls and finalise year end payroll adjustments for all global payrolls. You will also be responsible for reviewing all cost estimates, balance sheets and agreements prepared by the team of mobility associates and monitoring and facilitating collection or payment of all tax receivables and payables.

    You will audit and monitor all vendor invoices and related debit/credit memos and provide information as needed to finance coordinators to support budgeting and/or accruing for global mobility expenses. In addition, you will run reports to evaluate the effectiveness of the global mobility programme and represent GBS in all vendor update meetings and conference calls.

    Other activities will include:
    Creating and reviewing revisions to mobility and assignments documents/forms as required;
    Maintaining proactive communication with assignees throughout the assignment life cycle;
    Recommending process improvements to enhance service efficiencies and effectiveness;
    Assisting with the consolidation of vendor data;
    Managing escalations from associates.



    Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field;
    Substantial experience in benefit administration (e.g., Global Mobility Services);
    Experience in either international tax or cross-border relocation.
    Experience at large multi-national consumer packaged goods/FMCG company;
    Professional Association designations/certifications in GMS (Global Mobility Specialist) from ERC (Worldwide Employee Relocation Council);
    Vendor management experience;
    Customer Service experience;
    Case management experience.
