- Engineering Degree in Computer Engineering or Informatics
- At least 3 years of relevant experience (configuration management)
- Excellent knowledge of SLDC
- Experience working in CMMI, ASPICE or another well-established process environment
- Practical experience with version control and ticket management tools (e.g. Serena Dimensions, Team Forge, Git, etc.)
- Be proactive and highly motivated
- Be a quick learner for new approaches and tools
- Excellent command of English
Would be a big advantage
- Understanding of model-based development approach
- Good understanding of C and/or C++, preferable in embedded environment
- Good understanding of modeling languages such as UML

- Manage configuration process following strong process and standards requirements
- Participate in roadmap and high level planning
- Manage source code repositories to meet roadmap and project plans
- Oversight development tickets lifecycle, ensure source code changes targeted into appropriate repositories
- Conception, monitoring and optimization of the processes and tools in the field of source code administration, dependency management, continuous integration, test and deployment
- Support and guidance of the developers regarding the tools and procedures used
- Contribute effectively in the continuous improvement of his/her project, team, and work environment by submitting improvement proposals whenever possible
