Good organizational and communication skills;
Good computer skills / SAP;
Native Romanian, Fluent English.
Keep accurate agenda of the meetings of the General Manager;
Travel expenses for the General Manager;
Prepare presentations/reports/information requested by the Pharma Management team;
Prepare all documentation related to the invoices/contracts before the payments;
Draws up minutes of Pharma meetings;
Drawing reports and presentations to the related activities.
