Process and Product Quality Assurance Manager

Requirements

- BS/MS degree preferable in a technical domain
- At least 5 years experience in quality assurance with a product or process focus
- Certified as auditor of ISO9001
- Good understanding of ISO14001, 18001, 27001, 20000, 22301
- Proven experience with implementing any of those within an international company, technology oriented
- PMP or ITIL effective knowledge (certified in them is a plus )
- Fluent in English and French (would be a plus)
- Passionate about quality and improvement
- Familiarity with international standards and methodologies (Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.)
- Any certifications in quality assurance will be a strong plus
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Autonomy & sense the initiative

Since 40’s the Company has grown and developed 5 business lines such as telecom sites construction and installation, equipment installation and commissioning, power system renewable energies, fix and fiber optic networks and managed services, maintenance and operations.

Job Function

To support our quick business lines expansion and our constant growth in projects and clients, we are looking for an experienced Process and Product QA Manager for a strategic position in our Group Support International Department. Our new colleague will be responsible for the monitoring, management and development of our ISO certifications portfolio and will focus on Camusat’s products, services and organizational processes in doing so.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in optimizing processes related to operational/production area as part of the organizational development mission.

This position is subordinated and reports directly to the Group CTO and will give the suitable candidate the opportunity to work in a true international environment, surrounded by the newest technology available in Telecom industry.

Tasks

- Auditing and improving actual working procedures
- Establishing the need to improve processes, designing and planning process improvement
- Working closely with all levels of management and non-management to oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) compliance and continuous improvement
- Helping identify areas of risk, improvement, and aiding in the development of mitigation plans to eliminate risk, resolving issues or driving continuous improvements initiatives
- Applying process improvement methods (culture-specific elements, principles and Lean Management tools and advanced methods of organization processes)
- Serving as the site management representative and conducting program management reviews
- Ensuring that processes needed for the QMS are established, implemented, and maintained
- Acting as a liaison with external entities on matters that relate to the QMS
- Performing all levels of inspections and audits (with strong focus on product and organizational processes) to ensure performance requirements are met and identifying non-conformances
- Functioning as the site lead auditor on internal audits
- Coordinating and conducting reviews of customer complaints
- Representing product and organizational processes quality at required meetings
