    Asset Portfolio Servicing Romania is part of the APS leading company founded in 2004 and headquartered in Prague, the Czech Republic.     - Abilitati foarte bune de comunicare, relationare, ascultare activa;

    - Abilitati de analiza si sinteza;
    - Orientare catre rezultate;
    - Absolvent studii superioare sau in curs.

    Responsabilitati

    - Formarea si perfectionarea angajatilor pe postul de agent servicii clienti;
    - Identificarea nevoilor de training ale angajatilor;
    - Pregatirea materialului si a suportului de curs (necesarul de training);
    - Monitorizarea permanenta a modului de lucru pentru angajatii ce ocupa functia de agent servicii client;
    - Evaluarea periodica a agentilor de colectare si oferirea de feedback;
    - Intocmirea rapoartelor de training catre clientii interni beneficiari.
