    Requirements

    WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?

    Required:

    - Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration or related field;
    - Experienced working knowledge of talent acquisition philosophy and principles;
    - English language proficiency;
    - Flexible, problem solving approach and strong team player;
    - Experience working in talent acquisition space, including direct sourcing experience;
    - Strong customer focus;
    - Advanced Microsoft Office skills

    Preferred:

    - Experience of social media platforms;
    - Experience of LinkedIn Recruiter;
    - Experience at large multi-national consumer packaged goods company;
    - Experience working to service level agreements in a customer driven environment.

    Responsibilities

    WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

    In this role, you will be responsible for:

    - Managing and coordinating recruitment of open roles, both internally and externally, for the specific European locations;
    - Posting of roles, direct sourcing, screening of applicants, scheduling of interviews, in partnership with hiring manager;
    - Developing strong talent pipelines to support senior and specialist hiring through direct search including LinkedIn;
    - Supporting the Centre of Excellence (COE) and the Global Business Services generalist team in the upskilling and coaching of managers on talent acquisition topics.
