    Team Leader Customer Relationship Manager

    Your Mission:

    Alignment on the Governance communication model across all clients for EBS SSC Finance and ensure best practices within SG EBS and SG shared service centers

    Your Role in a Nutshell:

    Manage a team of 4 employees: recruitment, objective settings, evaluation, coaching

    Maintains and grow partner/account relationship

    Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems; identifying trends; recommending improvements.

    Develops and maintains performance dashboards that track actual to target metrics

    Headcount follow up: budget/forecast, rate card evolution

    Net Promoting Score management

    Standard client committee; follow actions plans and improvement area

    Performance dialogue for service management framework deliverables

    Investigate partnership on market intelligence with external providers

    Global view of the client performance: labor cost, indirect cost, budget, efficiency gains

    Visibility on labor cost components: operational, transversal, projects etc

    A little about You:

    You have managerial skills of a team and enabling its performance

    Problem solving and support orientation

    Very good communication skills

    Very good English, French is an advantage
