    Junior Accounting And Reporting Analyst

    Your Mission:

    You will be responsible on management accounting stream on cost calculation and reporting.

    Your Role in a Nutshell:

    • Analysis performed on the existing database.
    • Calculating and posting accruals and prepayments.
    • Estimating the expense based on historical trend and best information available.
    • Comparison actual versus budget - advise corrections.
    • Reconciliation management accounting tools with the general ledger.
    • Identifying errors from the upstream contributors - mainly accounts payable team – propose corrections and follow up the implementation in the long term run.
    • Regular reports to be performed on the specific topics – variances analyses and explanations.
    • Deal with ad-hoc reports according to management needs
    • Challenge the costs process as it is and propose improvements in order to achieve efficiency gains.

    A little about You:

    • Academic Financial Accounting background - University graduate;
    • Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas, functions, pivot tables charts)
    • Ability to communicate and build good relationships cross functionally/countries
    • Ability to work in conformity with the procedures, to maintain them
    • Ability to analyze new situations
    • Decision making and/or problem solving skills
    • Team player and best practice sharing
