    Ideal Candidate:

    University Degree;
    Fluent in english;
    Full Office suite skills;
    5-6 Total Sales experience , with 2-3 years of experience in Key Accounts for the Deli Meat/ Fresh Meat categories;
    Creative thinking and understanding of client dynamics impacting the tagets and profitability of the account;
    Excellent interpersonal skills, communication effectiveness, and ability to understand and resolve customer issues;
    Ability for effective decision making;
    Ability to develop sales and growth of existing customers;
    Results orientated and hands on mentality;

    Responsabilitati

    Main responsabilities:

    Holds the responsibility to communicate to customers the Sales Targets and Commercial policy;
    Follows the sales results, understands deviations and reasons of deviations and develop reaction plans to make up for the deviations;
    Constructs Weekly and Monthly reports to Local Management with recommendations for corrective action with full analysis of cost and expected results;
    He communicates effectively the promotional activity of the company, identifies issues and suggests solution and actions.
    Holds full responsibility for the implementation of the promotional activities tailor made for its accounts and oversees the correct implementation of them in store. Reports on the Effectiveness of the promotions at completions and recommends accordingly for subsequent activities;
    Oversees the sales numbers , identifies issues and opportunities, and recommends additional activities for achieving agreed objectives;
    Holds strong personal knowledge and contacts with the key account clients , providing directions and advice to aid the achievement of the sales results;
    Performs continuous market analysis to identify client needs, sales capacity and opportunities, price levels and suggest activities to achieve best sales results;
    Follows closely Competitive activity, its actions and results, the price levels and new product activity and recommends immediate counter activity to limit impact on sales results for the business;
    Recommends and follows up tailor made activity for the key accounts of responsibility;
