    Cerinte

    - RMA hardware engineer / problem analyst to support returns of communication modules for smart energy customers.
    - Would concentrate on analysis of problems for returning hardware (electricity meters/concentrators).

    Responsabilitati

    - Responsible for intake of returned AM110R devices that cannot be assigned to a known problem.
    - Problem analysis for unknown issues on AM110R devices.
    - Deliver 8D reporting on analyzed problems and deliver documentation to enable RMA intakers to identify the issue when devices with similar issues return.
