    - Experience in automotive field advantage;
    - Good knowledge of Mathematics and Statistics;

    - PC skills - advanced (Office tools, especially Excel);
    - English level - advanced.

    Responsabilitati

    - Support the Customer Quality team with data analysis:
    - Collects data and identifies gaps;
    - Analyzes data and produces quality indicators;
    - Ensures management and traceability of data and associated results;
    - Contributes to the overall Quality improvement process:
    - Based on standard indicators, defines most appropriate analysis to answer specific questions and requests;
    - Analyzes data using every relevant available information (Geography, Symptoms, Repair date, Application);
    - Synthesizes results and presents conclusions;
    - Ensures coherence and accuracy of results;
    - DPRTS (Delphi Problem Resolution and Tracking System) Database administration:
    - Supports users with bug fixes;
    - Manages access rights and drop lists maintenance;
    - Ensures quality of information through regular audits and users coaching when needed;
