    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 
    •    Manages the calendar of the Managing Partner
    •    Schedules appointments and makes business travel arrangements for the Managing Partner and for the team
    •    Ensures the communication within the company as well as with the company’s clients and business partners, by phone, fax or email
    •    Facilitates liaison with colleagues from local and international offices
    •    Translates official documents, contracts, e-mails
    •    Manages and updates the company's client database
    •    Provides support for company events (conferences, regional meetings etc.)
    •    Prepares various document drafts, reports and analyses on request 
    •    Performs basic HR admin function (e.g. supports recruiting process, facilitates mandatory medical services for the employees)
    •    Performs general administrative tasks 
    •    Receives and screens communications (calls, mails, correspondence) and proposes relevant next steps
    •    Keeps track of business incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents (keeps in/out register, archives documents etc.)
    •    Prints, photocopies, shreds and binds company documents (reports, presentations) in line with the company’s standards
    •    Organizes and supports the protocol activities
    •    Provides a professional welcome to visitors

    THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD
    •    Have a university degree
    •    Display tact and discretion, as dealing with confidential information is an ongoing activity
    •    Have excellent command of English language, both written and verbal
    •    Have excellent MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
    •    Be able to maintain a timely and efficient communication process with the management of the company
    •    Possess strong time management and organization skills
    •    Be able to work autonomously, completing tasks with minimal supervision and within strict timelines
    •    Enjoy paying attention to details
    •    Aspire for a high level of accuracy and quality of work
    •    Prove excellent communications skills
    •    Be flexible, self-driven, pro-active and dynamic 
    •    Be able to work in a professional manner, even when under pressure 

    Business attire is a must. Previous professional experience in multinational companies that involves dealing with senior/ top management is an advantage.
