Requirements:

Technical university degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Electromechanics/ Industrial Engineering/ Production management or similar type of studies

Experience in production, assembly, logistic, project management or design in an automotive or manufacturing company are considered an advantage

Strong documentation skills

Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines

Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment

Ability and flexibility to perform all other job-related and ad-hoc duties as required

Structured thinking and analytical skills

High degree of autonomy, flexibility, good self-organization, very good communication skiGood knowledge of CAD software and technical drawings

üGood English or German language skills
Availability to travel in a limited measure

Responsibilities:

Design and implement production equipment and/or processes, as well as integration into the plant production sequences

Responsible for developing equipment for one technology group

Cooperate in developing equipment, test plans, action catalogs and the accompanying release documentation as required, in collaboration with EW531 department

First EE62-contact for the local production units in case for new equipment and processes, and forwarding / coordination of topics with EW531

Conduct machine approvals, determine machine capabilities (MFU) and the degree to which the manual requirements has to be fulfilled

Provide technical release of equipment production, in collaboration with EW531

Train equipment standards in foreign plants

Develop concepts and new ideas

Collaborate in the development and optimization of existing systems technologies, taking into account the Occupational Safety Rules, in collaboration with EW531 department

Support for the introduction of new production technologies

Analyzing of machine data and creation of technical improvements
