    Service Desk Administrator with one of the languages: French/Italian/German/Estonian/Finnish/Norwegian/Arabic/Russian


    At least 6 months of experience on the same position or a similar one.

    Candidate Requirement

    IT background or scholarship

    Fluent language skills: French/Italian/German/Estonian/Finnish/Norwegian/Arabic/Russian + English

    Experience on Service Desk (6 months to 5 years)

    Preferable knowledge of: Windows 7, SCCM, Active Directory, Avaya, Remedy, Office 2010 up to 365, Sharepoint, remote desktop tooling, networking.

    Great communication skills

    Service driven

    Affinity with IT technology

    Knowledge of ITIL processes
