-Ensures that the production is achieved in the targeted quality, guarantees conformity of the direct materials supplied from local and foreign sub industries to the quality objectives of the company;
-Performs the required activities for achieving the quality performance targets of the bus industries depending on the quality and reliability objectives necessary for increasing the final customer satisfaction;
-Responsible for coordinating the sub industry development activities;
-Determines the annual objectives of the companies in the approved sub industry list and monitors their performances;
-Supplies the needed samples in the new project process in accordance with the project timeline;
-Ensures that the samples reach the acceptance level in accordance with the time schedule in the project process in new projects;
-Supplies PPAPs of the detail parts in BOM and all necessary documentation from the suppliers according to the timeline in the new and the current projects;
-Audits the Sub Industry Processes of the newly commissioned products;
-Informs the Sub Industries about the targets of the company and expectations from the Sub Industries;
-Prepares the Sub Industries auditing plans on an annual basis and follows up the timely execution of the audits within the scope of the annual process audit, monitors and keeps records of the changes to be made within the plant;
-Ensures the closure of the nonconformities seen in the sub- industry list or not to the sub- industry Quality Development Manager and Purchasing Manager;
-Motivates the sub industries on environmental awareness;
-Organizes and gives annual technical and social training to the suppliers in order to contribute to their development;
-Conducts CQI audits to the suppliers of the parts containing heat treatment according to the instructions for suppliers heat treatment system assessment, provided that the period between two audits does not exceed;
-Performs other tasks to be given by his/ her superior related to his/ her function;
-Provides reports on the works that are followed in certain periods.
