Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment;
High knowledge of English;
High degree of autonomy;
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills;
Responsible of the recruitment process for all the openings in his area of responsibility;
Defining and executing recruitment strategies;
Creating and placing internal and external job announcements;
Sourcing, selecting and screening appropriate candidates to be evaluated by the hiring manager;
Extending offers of employment to selected candidates;
Performing direct candidates sourcing and head-hunting;
Using a large variety of sourcing techniques when performing direct search for potential candidates;
Continuously improving the searching methods in order to find best new candidates;
Conducting pre-interviews and interviews (telephonic/video-conference/face-to-face), together with Hiring Managers;
Creating interview and position reports, based on the KPIs, for each candidate in the recruitment process;
Providing feedback to the candidates who will not receive a job offer;
Analyzing and proposing new recruitment trends, according to the market.
