BS Degree preferred
Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Proficiency in Excel, various reporting and data analysis application is considered a plus
Attention to details, Proactive, team player
Ability to work independently and autonomously with strong time management skills
Must be able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
Positive and “Can Do” Attitude
Demonstrated skills in relationship building, customer-focus and problem solving
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn the business and understand reporting requirements
Must be a results-oriented and have a track record of timely high-quality deliverables
Experience in managing reports in customer service
Experience in supporting Support Management team
Knowledge of the Oracle Sales Process and tools
