    Care este profilul pe care il cautam?

    -Diploma de licenta, preferabil in Economie;
    -Minimum 1 an de experienta in Call Center sau in agentiile de colectare reprezinta un avantaj;
    -Atitudine pozitiva, de incredere, flexibil, creativ, profesionist si cu atitudine cooperanta;
    -Bune aptitudini de negociere;
    -Focus pe atingerea rezutatelor si spirit analitic;
    -Bune cunostinte de limba Engleza si Microsoft Excel reprezinta un plus.


    Ce vei face in acest rol? Iata responsabilitatile:

    -Generarea si primirea de apeluri din partea clientior, comunicarea procedurilor de colectare, prevenirea viitoarelor situatii restante, informarea clientilor cu privire la necesitatea de a achita si consecintele in caz de neplata;
    -Depunerea eforturilor necesare pentru a contacta clientii, inclusiv investigatii pentru a afla noi date de contact si pentru recuperarea sumelor restante;
    -Atingerea targeturilor zilnice si respectarea termenelor limita comunicate de catre managerul/team leaderul departamentului de colectare conform volumului de munca, targeturilor de productivitate;
    -Pastrarea confidetialitatii privind toate conturile si politicile bancii;
    -Mentinerea fluxului de informare intre colegi si supervizor;
    -Oferirea de feed-back la timp si in mod constant cu privire la cazurile speciale intalnite in activitatea zilnica.
