Required qualification, experience and skills:
- University degree
- 2+ years of programming experience with .NET languages (C#, VB.Net)
- 2+ years of experience in similar position
- Good knowledge of OOP, data structures and algorithms
- Strong knowledge in database programming (SQL, Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of Visual Studio
- Strong knowledge of SOAP, Web Api
- Very good communication skills
- Team player
- Good command of written and spoken English

Nice to have
- WPF, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, Entity Framework 6, bootstrap
- J2EE basic knowledge
- BPMN and workflow automation software (e.g: BonitaSoft, ProcesMaker, Integrify, etc.)
- Google maps API, google firebase, etc.

- Develop health insurance applications
- Provide technical support and customization for existing core systems
- Supporting the implementation of insurance and health administration applications
- Translating business into IT requirements
- Develops new reports, web pages and software application and routines
- Develops training materials and train the end users
- Document the configuration of the systems
- Troubleshoot any reported problems
- Configure and maintain a secure environment
