    Requirements

    Grow with us as a Global Mobility Process Lead, supporting the Global Mobility team in implementing mobility processes, procedures and policies for Kellogg at global level.



    The Mobility Process Lead will manage day-to-day vendor relationship (., addressing issues, providing data, following up on actions needed, etc.), undertake day to day administration including compliance and expats management and offer technical support to mobility team members.



    WHAT WILL I BE DOING?



    The role is responsible for assisting Kellogg mobility team with process, data maintenance and compliance support activities. You will be the day-to-day interface with assignees — explaining policy and helping them understand the timing of steps in the process and how vendors will support them. You will maintain proactive communication with assignees throughout their assignment and interpret their needs while balancing Kellogg’s mobility policy; proactively seeking opportunities to resolve unique customer concerns.



    Using your expertise you will manage post-transfer activities in alignment with the Kellogg mobility workflow, act as a resource to stakeholders for end-of-assignment planning and localisations and manage the ongoing administration of expatriate compensation elements, ensuring data integrity.



    Other activities will include:



    Generating scheduled and ad-hoc reporting & reviewing reports prior to distribution;
    Creating and reviewing revisions to mobility and assignment documents/forms as required;
    Initiating services with immigration, tax and relocation provider;
    Handling escalations from assignee or vendors;
    Communicating tax instructions to payroll;
    Auditing compensation collection information used to prepare tax returns.
    WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?



    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Economics or related field;
    At least 4 year experience in Global Mobility/International assignment;
    Fluent in English (both writing and speaking);
    Vendor management experience;
    Customer service experience.
