Procurement Analyst with Spanish - Iasi office

- Fluency in Spanish and English
- 1 - 3 years’ experience in procurement / customer service
- Good interpersonal skills (needs to be able to build relationships over the phone without meeting suppliers / customers on a regular basis)
- Strong PC skills including Excel, PowerPoint, SAP would be a plus
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Procurement and analytical background would be an advantage

As Procurement Analyst you will:
- Identify and source potential suppliers based on the requirements provided by client
- Act as a link between the client users and the suppliers
- Verify purchase request quality and correct buying channel
- Execute spot buying of indirect goods
- Obtain and analyze quote/pricing from preferred or contracted supplier
- Identify and advise client on cost effective methods/suppliers
- Create Purchase Orders, PO amendments/deletions based on requests
- Handle, research, and resolve phone and email inquiries from client
- Ensure processing of transactions/calls by all team members in a prompt and accurate manner
- Warehouse inventory management
- Suggest and implement process improvements in team operations
- Generate reports for compliance
- Solving issues arising in connection with procurement processes in Accenture and client`s tools
- Support team supervisor and SDL in non-operational activities
