    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

     Master or Bachelor degree in Economics or Engineering. Legal know how is an advantage;
     The candidate must possess at least 1 year of experience in the sourcing area, more is a plus;
     Legal related experience is a plus;
     Excellent negotiation skills;
     Analytical skills;
     English language: Passive command (ability to understand technical documentation) is required, fluency an advantage;
     Extensive knowledge of the relevant subcategory market and relevant technologies (trends);
     Good PC handling (windows; office).


    Responsabilitati

    PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

     Category vendor management:
    - Implement category - internal vendor management for the defined subcategories in coordination with the responsible  Global Vendor Managers (if applicable):
    - Monitor and evaluate vendor performance, gather internal customer feedback;
    - Active local vendor development;
     Sourcing activities;
     Analyse optimization levers regarding demand and demand specifications (Demand Shaping); initiate and perform demand challenges where appropriate in cooperation with procurement engineering;
     Perform local sourcing initiatives based upon:
    - The category strategy;
    - Rules of collaboration;
    - Evaluation of demand forecast.
     Structure, steer and drive sourcing projects according to best practices including:
     appropriate (international) project staffing and distribution of tasks
     milestone planning and controlling in accordance with standard processes and procedures.
     Support Global Category Management/Sourcing in performing global sourcing initiatives / supplier deals;
     Realize the local implementation of global sourcing initiatives (if applicable);
     Conclude local contracts with the main vendors of the subcategories;
     Cover vendors claim management (in case of issues w/ quality, logistics and/or quantities);
     Active contract controlling for the relevant subcategory and for change request mgmt of contracts in place.
