At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and selection of marketing positions (mainly online marketing positions such as: content writing, media buyers, SEO, analysts etc)
Excellent command of English
Experience in a dynamic and fast changing business environment
Strong communication skills and excellent solving problems skills
“Can do” and positive attitude

Manage the entire recruitment process for all the marketing positions inside the company
Together with the client, builds the growth strategy for the local marketing department (recruitment and selection, retention of employees, benefits systems, reward systems etc).
Acts like a liaison between the local marketing department and the client representatives in terms of all HR processes.
Builds HR reports for the local CEO and the clients representatives.
Makes sure the marketing department is aligned to all the office procedures and regulations.
Together with the local marketing project manager, helps the team grow professionally and personally.
Acts inside the approved budgets of recruitment and selection and HR processes.
