WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Bachelor degree in Business or Computer Science or equivalent;
Proficient level of English, both in writing and speaking;
Very good Excel knowledge (VBA, VLOOKUP), PowerPoint and Word functions;
Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
Very well organized and good time manager;
Proactive, problem-solving thinking, flexible, capable of dealing with changes;
Genuine interest in travel industry and travel-tech area.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Provide documents (offers, contracts, addendums) for sales team;
Generate leads reports and analyze data;
Fill the specific reports based on required information from sales teams;
Maintenance for specific reports based on received data;
Day-To-Day Business Support;
Gathering information about the leads and allocate them;
Offering full support to sales team to help increasing the number of clients.
Updating and maintaining the dcs plus CRM system;
Performing other duties as assigned.
