WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Preferably graduated in Economic studies;
Previous work experience preferably in a shared service, BPO, AR or Finance area;
Excellent communication skills;
Very well organized and good time manager;
Proficient level of English, both in writing and speaking;
Proactive, problem-solving thinking, flexible, capable of dealing with changes;
Genuine interest in travel industry and travel-tech area.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Use in an appropriate way team-communication to minimize any risk in each transaction to an acceptable level;
Analyze all the information provided in the reports and the internal information regarding the customer and act appropriately;
Analyze all transactions on customer accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of the account information;
Understand and clarify customer/requester’s issues;
Collaborate with other departments to meet objectives and to solve the requester’s issues;
Gather documentation and approvals and initiate customer billing;
Past Due & collections activities;
Maintain the customer information database up to date;
