    Requirements

    Educated to degree level, with administrative work experience.
    Fluent in English.
    Communication Skills: High level of interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate sensitively, courteously and effectively with a wide range of constituencies, and aptitude to express complicated information clearly both verbally and in writing.
    Interpersonal Skills: The post is a key point of liaison for applicants, academic staff, and Student Support so you�ll need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with a wide variety of people, ranging from prospective students to senior academic staff.
    Organizational skills: ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and anticipate peaks in workflow.
    Service Orientated: Highly customer focused, providing high level of service delivery.
    Accuracy: Ability to enter data accurately and review all information as required and update accordingly.
    Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities, handling a number of tasks at the same time.
    Ability to work as part of a team as well as show initiative to complete tasks independently.
    Able to work flexible hours as needs arise.
    Flexibility: the ability to be adaptable at all times in an ever changing environment and work with colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
    Analytical skills: ability to research issues, good networking skills and ability to interpret data .
    IT skills: proficient use of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as online resources for communication with applicants and students.

    Responsibilities

    This post is a real support function, ensuring tight control of new student enquiries and registrations and any administrative aspects as requested.
    Accurate and up to date files are key to this aim and so a methodical, focused and multi-tasking approach is essential.
    Accurate and timely entry of data concerning enquiries, applications and registrations is essential.
    Ensuring that relevant individuals are kept informed of all and any new registrations and the status of prospective students.
    To monitor new registrations and prospective students versus maximum class sizes to ensure limits are not exceeded (with the ultimate goal being 100% occupancy of every class).
    Establishing and maintaining robust systems to track and manage enquiries and registrations.
    Ensuring that all marketing communications are prepared to schedule and that any 3rd parties involved are kept informed and monitored for delivery against deadlines.
    To support the Admissions with the daily administrative running of a busy Admissions Office.
    To respond promptly to a large volume of incoming enquiries both via email and telephone about the school, its programmes, and the admissions process.
    With excellent attention to detail, the successful candidate should have strong IT skills including experience of preparing and sending mail merges, using spreadsheets and databases, and creating statistical reports.

    Additional duties:
    Face-to-face, telephone, email and mail contacts with prospective parents and their representatives, as well as other parties who can provide the school with leads, such as relocation companies and large Corporations.
    Liaising with external bodies for marketing and PR purposes.
    Arranging school visits and other appointments.
    After a period of training, to be confident to conduct school tours for prospective parents and other Visitors.
    Assisting with competitor analysis.
    Assisting with regular marketing projects, such as the school magazine, website, social-media, various publications.
    Maintaining a tidy and well-organised office environment.
    Any other duties which may reasonably be regarded as within the nature of the duties and responsibilities/grade of the post as defined, subject to the proviso that normally any changes of a permanent nature shall be incorporated into the job description in specific terms.
