    Job role

    As an Intern within our Back-Office Support Department you will help our team by offering access and order management support for Allianz Technology internal and external users by contributing to the annual control of employee access rights.



    • Controlling of employee access rights for the serviced areas using the Allianz tools for access management and the internal guidelines.
    • Preparing reports which include the access rights of each employee within your area of responsibility.
    • Adjusting the rights of the controlled employees (if necessary) according to the minimum access rights principle and based on the feedback received from our counterparts.
    • Communication with involved / responsible parties regarding confirmation of rights and clarification of the process.


    • Fluent in English
    • Advanced PC knowledge (including MS Office package)
    • Proven organizational and self-motivation abilities
    • Excellent communication skills and customer oriented behavior
    • Able to work independently



    • Strong social, analytical and communication skills
    • Flexible and having the ability to work hard as part of a team and to work well under pressure
    • High motivation to manage and finalize tasks in a complex environment
    • Enjoying working in a distributed team
