    Job role

    As a Junior HR Administrator you provide administrative support to our Top-HR Experts on a global scale. This particular role focuses on the administration of the SAP based tool SuccessFactors for Performance Management and administrative support around International Employee Mobility. The role offers huge learning potential in two core HR topics.

     

    Core Responsibilities

    *    Administration of SuccessFactors on a global scale:

    ·         Adapt system according to organizational changes,

    ·         Keep data accurate,

    ·         Create simple reports,

    ·         Support Performance Management Experts and HR Business Partners.

    *    Administrative support of International / Global Mobility experts:

    ·         Issue invitation letters,

    ·         Administrate and document visa/work permit process flows,

    ·         Generate reports.

     

    Requirements

    *    Very good command of English;

    *    Good MS Office knowledge.
