THE PERFECT CANDIDATE
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Good Customer relationship capacity
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand recruiting demand and skills profiles within area of responsibility;
Execute job postings to niches site based on recruiter provided specifications;
Researches various sourcing tools for potential fulfillment of a position;
Reviews resumes and determines if a potential match to an open position;
Schedule candidate screens and assessment related events such as:
-Facilitate candidate travel logistics working with candidate and approved travel agency
- Coordinate logistics, such as booking interview rooms, soliciting interviewers, scheduling candidates, creation of interview schedule, ordering catering, assembling candidate packets, etc.
Conduct pre-employment checks and reference checks as required;
Facilitate on-boarding process activities including notifying candidate and stakeholders of start activities, and tracking completion of on-boarding tasks;
Generating report from the recruitment system and ensuring data integrity;
Process invoices and recruit reimbursements, create purchase orders, and answer inquiries regarding payments;
Track and chase documentation, data, and forms to support process and compliance requirements;
Communicate process, data and forms status to candidates and stakeholders as required;
Ensures accurate and timely information is captured and maintained via on-line recruitment systems;
Acts as single point of contact for designated candidates for all recruiting related questions and concerns;
Participate in projects and/or initiatives within or outside the team.
Working schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM half a year, 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM half a year; Sometimes the day shifts (10:00-19:00)
