    Compania detine si opereaza doua fabrici de ciment la Campulung si Alesd, o statie de macinare la Turda, o retea de 13 statii ecologice de betoane, 3 statii de agregate, 2 statii de lianti speciali, un terminal de ciment la Bucuresti si unul la Turda.

    Requirements

    - University degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology
    - Minimum 2 years of professional experience within an HR generalist role
    - Knowledge on human resources practices and tools
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    - Initiative and drive for achievement
    - Eagerness to learn and to develop professionally
    - English knowledge: upper intermediate level
    - Computer skills.

    Responsibilities

    - Plans and executes the recruitment and selection projects, coordinates the onboarding process
    - Actively participates in organizational development projects within own area of responsibility
    - Analyses the learning and development needs, designs and implements efficient and effective development programs
    - Ensures a proper implementation of the performance management system within the area of responsibility
    - Prepares and maintains specific reports, draws appropriate conclusions and proposes improvement solutions.
