Drupal Tech Lead

Anul acesta am împlinit 25 de ani. Suntem maturi în orice cultură, din orice parte a lumii. Am avut timp să ne dezvoltăm și să ne demonstrăm abilitățile în mai multe arii de afaceri. Producția publicitară a reprezentat mersul de-a bușilea, iar partea de creație mersul. Distribuția de produse de securitate F-Secure a fost mersul pe bicicletă. Serviciile de outsourcing IT și software din portofoliu au fost mingea cu care am șutat la poartă. Programarea ne-a marcat adolescența, iar aplicațiile mobile ne-au consacrat în maturitate. Cât despre serviciile financiar contabile, ele au venit odată cu responsabilitățile, de pe la 18 ani incoace :)

Infodesign is looking for an experienced Drupal programmer to serve as a lead developer. The core responsibilities of the Drupal Tech Lead are:
- Take the technical lead on projects to ensure things go smoothly
- Collaborate with our team of designers, project managers and front-end developers to develop project plans and to set realistic implementation schedules
- Establish high-level development strategy on Drupal builds through architecture, configuration and module selection
- Contribute ideas and expertise to help improve our processes, implement new technologies, and develop innovative solutions for our clients
- A natural problem solver, motivated to work out the best solution rather than be told how to do it.

Technical experience required

- Drupal setup, development, administration and configuration
- Drupal 8 hands-on custom module development including using drupal hooks
- Understanding of Entities API
- Drupal Theming experience
- Experience with the following contributed modules:
- Paragraphs
- Views
- Context or Panels
- Features
- Drupal Multi-lingual
- Development/Implementation
- Drupal multi-site Development/Implementation

- In-depth experience of PHP within a MySQL environment
- Experience with the Symfony framework
- Demonstrable technical writing skills
- Proven experience with multiple development frameworks, most importantly Drupal
- Understanding of using views, CCK, theme and module development within the Drupal environment
- Currently in a technical role developing Drupal modules and administering Drupal sites
- Practical experience in building Drupal modules including multisite developments, such as for multiple-language localisation
- Is familiar with, and has successfully implemented web applications which make use of open source technologies
- Experience with Acquia
- Proven experience managing a product through the entire development lifecycle including successful implementation
- Experience of managing the Software Development Lifecycle (requirements engineering, structured or object oriented design, integrated test, methodologies)
- In-depth knowledge of client/server and internet systems architectures and accurately suggests the use of the appropriate technology for the application
- Familiarity and experience using Git
- Demonstrable activity within the Drupal / Symfony community
- Demonstratable experience with HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript Frameworks
- Virtulisation — Vagrant, Docker or similar
- Solid understanding and experience of building applications using REST
- Familiar with multiple development methodologies and develops and owns the SDLC and is responsible for managing technical risks and issues throughout the project
- Experience in debugging performance related issues

- Tracks and identifies new opportunities to improve our tools, processes and methodologies
- Experience working in an agency environment
