    Our customers are either asking us to contribute to their business by recruiting the right candidate, or by training their teams, thus enabling them to convert their know how into measured growth. On occasion we do team buildings to lighten things up and bring teams together.

    Requirements

    FMCG – ideal but not compulsory

    University Education

    3 – 5 years on Sales /Mrk activities.

    Experience on Key Account Management or Product Management, preferably in multinational environment.

    consumer goods companies.

    In depth experience in promotional marketing activities with big accounts

    OTHER:

    Driver’s license (category B )

    Responsibilities

    POSITION: Country Business Developer/Consultant

    LOCATION: based in Bucharest

    LANGUAGES: Fluent in Romanian & English

    DURATION OF EMPLOYMENT: Outlook for long term preferred

    JOB OBJECTIVES

    Achieve the sales and market share targets set by the company, build brands in the new market, build long term relationships with the customers in the new market

    (KPIs) Key Results Areas

    1 Increase client market share into the export country

    2 Implementation of all selling & MKT activities and support of the distributor

    3 Sales Volume

    4 Working with orders

    5 Competition, Sales and Market Analysis, Company Reports

    6 Category Management / Account Plans

    7 In-store Promotional Plans per Customer

    8 Point of Sales

    PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:

    Good analytic skills (way of thinking , problem solving & xls)

    Sales /trade oriented

    Direct & responsive

    “Can do” approach & willingness to “roll up sleeves” if required.

    Sound negotiation skills (appreciated)

    Communicative & friendly

    Open & eager to learn
