2nd-level Support Specialist

Requirements:

Academic degree in Computer Science

Basic knowledge Oracle databases

Very good knowledge of MS Office

Good oral and written communication skills in English

Knowledge of German language is considered a plus

Quick learning ability

Strong team skills, initiative, communication and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and organized

Integrated / process-oriented way of thinking

Customer oriented skills

Responsibilities:

Conduct user support (e.g. by means of trainings, user administration etc.)

Cooperate in IT service requests

Test and document applications in cooperation with internal customers and software development department

Manage internal applications

Test and document applications in cooperation with internal customers and software development department

Create and maintain process and system documentation

Cooperate in designing an IT-supported business process according to the DRX process map in cooperation with functional units; cooperate in the definition of requirements for software development.
