Senior Developer - Integration

Good understanding of banking business processes, best practices and industry trends;
Exposure to at least one of the following products is a plus: Triple'A Plus, Wealth Manager, T24, Olympic, Avaloq, Globus;
Ability to analyze and design data flows;
Ability to design workflows;
Ability to achieve data mapping;
Ability to develop test cases and expected results based on the application requirements;
Experience in SQL querying;
Experience in Unix (shell scripting);
Experience in ESB and more specifically WebSphere Message Broker or IBM Integration Bus;
Good level of English as work language (both written and spoken);

Coordinate and verify the implementation of the design specifications of the interfaces;
The role needs working together with the other components of the interface/integration teams onshore or offshore;
Provide support to draw the implementation design specifications from the business requirements and technical architecture documents provided;
Able to investigate the defects or customer support calls as Level 3 support and provide answers to these questions or proposals for correction, workarounds;
Provide coaching, support and feedback helping other team members to work on the data mapping and interface implementation;
Able to provide coaching and technical supervision for more junior team members;
Key contribution on the validation of the code artifacts to be delivered. Main areas of responsibility are the conformity to the specifications (technical and mapping) as well as the observance of commonly agreed coding standards. The validation role covers various stages of the product life cycle (design, development, unit testing and system integration);
Responsible for all documentation aspects related to the coding delivered, testing (cases and results);
Able to assist as needed the implementation team and promptly provide solutions or counseling to the customer projects before the go-live;
