    Key Deliverables
    These are the minimum results expected, but not limited to:

    Create and maintain an effective branch operational team.
    Monitor and improve the departament efficiency and productivity indicators.
    Ensure all customers expectations and procedures are documented, kept up to date
    and are the daily manual for the operation of files.
    Assist in finance reporting and A/R process.
    Maintain a strong Sales and Retenion program to develop the business.
    Adhere to company's procedures, polcy and business code of conduct.
    Consistent reporting to District Management and support the District Sales team.
    Drive implementation of new procedures and system and support the operational team whenever needed.
