Studii medii / universitare;
Cunostinte bune de limba romana si usurinta in exprimare;
Abilitati foarte bune de comunicare (vorbit, scris);
Atitudine pozitiva, orientare catre client, seriozitate;
Capacitatea de a asculta activ si de a gestiona situatii dificile;
Bune abilitati de planificare si organizare;
Dorinta de a asimila cat mai multe cunostinte.
Informeaza clientii cu privire la serviciile si produsele companiei;
Stabileste si dezvolta o relatie profesionala cu clientii organizatiei;
Acorda asistenta tehnica si comerciala clientilor si potentialilor clienti;
Preia reclamatiile de la clienti si verifica autenticitatea acestora;
Urmareste atragerea permanenta de noi clienti;
Realizeaza rapoarte privind activitatea proprie si atingerea obiectivelor.
