    Requirements

    1. Academic Background:
    University degree - preferably in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or Management

    2. Working experience:
    At least 3 years of experience working in HR, Marketing, PR, Account Management or Client Relations.

    3. Languages:
    Proficiency in English is mandatory
    French is a very important plus.

    4. Personality profile:
    Detailed-focused
    Organized
    Ability to work under pressure and with strict deadlines
    Effective in working with repetitive/monotonous tasks when needed
    Good communication skills (spoken and written)
    Orientation towards client satisfaction,
    Emotional intelligence skills

    5. Computer skills:
    Microsoft Office

    Responsibilities

    Main responsibilities include:
    a) Managing the companies main client accounts
    b) Monitoring client satisfaction
    c) Maintaining constant interactions with representatives of client organizations
    d) Interfacing relations between company and client organizations
