• University degree in Public Relations/ Marketing/ Social Media
• Excellent knowledge (oral and written) of English
• Good knowledge of MS Office Package
• Creative thinking
• Customer service and solution oriented person
• High degree of self-motivation
• Outstanding communication skills and pronounced capacity for teamwork
• Ability to work on more projects at the same time
• Control, self-training to improve individual and organizational performance, functioning as a support in the recruitment process.
• Create recruitment ads based on job description and customer specifications.
• Post and promote recruitment ads on platforms in order to find suitable candidates for assigned projects.
• Adapt content to the different platforms.
• Handle the communication through our social media accounts and the I Future website chat, in order to make it more visible.
• Constantly update the job board.
• Update information on the website based on current events and real-time changes (client/teams/testimonials).
• Find relevant content to be promoted in social media.
• Find online groups to join (different language speakers) in order to promote specific jobs/projects.
• Responsible for online communication (answering all communication in a timely manner).
• Participate and help organize HR events.
• Search for events to take part in as a company (internships fairs in colleges, other events).
• Search for conferences to participate in all different HR related topics.
• The type of the program is full-time.
• You will be part of a dynamic and ambitious team.
• You will improve your organizing skills.
• You will develop your knowledge about HR, Marketing and Project Management.
